Pudsey Plant Hire brand identity

Established in 1966, Pudsey Plant Hire is a family owned business with a proud heritage of providing quality plant and skip hire services in Pudsey, Leeds and all areas of West Yorkshire.

Owner Paul Vipond approached Nugget Creative to create a new logo that would enhance the business’ image, elevate customer perception and convey the nature of the business with a distinctive, versatile design.

Having drawn a stylised letter ‘P’ as the logo’s starting point, the character was then developed to resemble the shape of a skip with the arm of the digger appearing in the negative space. The yellow colour scheme was heavily influenced by its association within the industry and its ability to quickly grab attention.
